Crimes against Women in India

Geographic distribution of data is easy to see in chloropleths. The pockets with maximum atrocities against women are clearly visible from this visualization. The data is for the year 2012 and made available by data.gov.in.

This viz is based on chloropleths using leafletjs and geojsons. This took significant effort, since district level geojsons were tough to find for India.
